MESAM Istanbul Headquarters

Located in a dense and sloping area, the project utilized the sloping nature of the land to achieve the most accurate planning to meet the needs of a mixed-use program. The building, with its entrance at the road level, exhibits an inviting and playful attitude with exhibition and social spaces on the ground floor. The institution's areas that require large volumes, such as open offices, seminar and conference rooms, and a stage, are located in the basement floors, which have two open facades due to the slope. Administrative units, executive offices, meeting rooms, and private offices are located on the above-ground floors. Mesam Central Office Building, where innovative approaches have been adopted and modern materials have been used in various forms on the building's facade, has been designed with a sustainable approach to meet the dynamic needs of the institution.
