Marmaris Kumlu Apartment

The summer residence project located in the İçmeler neighborhood of Marmaris consists of 11 apartments. On the project site in the Western Mediterranean region, extensive outdoor living areas in the landscape and open terrace spaces on the upper levels have been created to ensure the user's access to the natural environment, soil, and sunlight. Building materials that are compatible with the region's characteristic structure and the natural and environmental context were selected. While preserving the existing environmental conditions to support the sustainability standards of the building, the design adopts an architectural style that responds to the user's current needs with a modern approach.
