Koztek Office Building

The Koztek Office Building project, located in the central area of Urla, is shaped by a large gable-roofed open office mass, with 11 modular wooden container units behind it that house different architectural functions. The 11 wooden containers used in the structure were designed to be pre-manufactured in a factory environment, and functions that do not require large volumes, such as meeting rooms, rest areas, wet areas, and technical spaces, were planned in this section of the building. The structural and architectural elements of the building were designed to reflect the maximum use of natural wood. By integrating structural wooden elements into the interior design, the goal was to create a spatial experience that is in harmony with nature.
