IT Park City Complex

Around the podium, which consists of two floors of semi-open circulation and commercial areas in the center, there is one hotel and two office buildings. Behind the podium, there are two residential towers, with the lower floors serving educational purposes and the upper floors used as residences. On the other side of this part, separated by an internal road, is the data center building. Dynamic masses belonging to restaurants and a gym are located on top of the podium. In this section, vibrant social open spaces are designed with gazebos and landscape elements.
