Greenal Factory and Office Building

The project, designed as an aluminum profile (extrusion) factory building, combines steel construction and reinforced concrete systems to create spacious, flexible, and efficient production areas. Partial polycarbonate panels on the roof allow natural light to enter the interior, enhancing both energy efficiency and user comfort.

The 2,400 m² administrative building includes management offices, a 100-seat cafeteria, staff changing and locker areas, showers, and technical rooms. The design strengthens the relationship between production and administrative units and is conceived with a minimalist and contemporary approach that prioritizes functionality.
